Finance & Administration
We are responsible, along with the Responsible Finance Officer and Clerk, for managing money received from Winchester City Council (the precept), together with any other income we have and to manage the resources and responsibilities that we, as a Parish Council, have for this parish (Shedfield, Shirrell Heath and Waltham Chase).
This precept comes from you, the taxpayer, and is added each year to all Council Tax bills, so we do try to use it both wisely and sparingly.
Accounts - 2015-2016 Audited Annual Accounts
Each Committee has its own Terms of Reference – which are agreed annually by Council.
Members of the public are invited to attend committee and full council meetings.
Please consult the Agenda for the meeting that you plan to attend to confirm its location and start time.
Committee Meetings take place in the Pavilion beside Shedfield Recreation Ground in Upper Church Road.
